“1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room 3. I wasn't able to sleep since toilet was broken and water leak was noisy. 4. Terrible experience. 5. How to get refund for this stay?”

“The best hotel in the area, right at the centre of town. Lots of places to dine and wine. Live music on Saturday. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional, they work really hard. Restaurant and bar downstairs serve great food and drinks. Almost like you don’t want to go anywhere since it’s the best spot to hang out and chill. A bit tricky to find from Belgrade airport. The easiest way just tell them to go to Hedonist Cafe Pancevo town centre, the hotel is above the cafe. The……

“I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. “Our confirmed and receipted booking wasn't showing on the system so we were told we couldn't book in. After a long and tiring wait, we were allowed a key. The room heating was off, shower bracket is placed at knee height so totally useless. There's a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee and only one glass. Towels are worn and stained. A very poor effort - would not recommend.”
