“It is a lovely condo, modern, updated yet comfortable. Clean and kitchen needs were all met. Only issue is that the living spaces are up one flight of stairs that didn't have great traction for our old dog. Street parking was okay (summer time) despite our over-height vehicle. Easy check in and check out, though the check in was later than I'm used to. The pictures are very accurate, and the sound of the river is lovely! I'd stay again.”

“Three adults rented this 5 bdrm from August 1-8. The moment we walked in, we were enamored with the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Then we walked towards the back deck and it most certainly was an aha moment. The view of the lake and the mountains just takes your breath away. Each day, there were deers that visited the apple tree. Also, we had saw 2 bald eagles that flew by a couple of times. Jolene was excellent to work with. She was very responsive to our emails. “Perkins Lodge provided ample space for our entire family and was conveniently located, making it the perfect spot for our gathering, especially since we were coming from different towns. Christopher was quick to address any questions or needs we had. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time enjoying the backyard play gym and the upstairs room filled with puzzles, books, and rocking horses. We also really enjoyed spending warm evenings relaxing out on the deck.”
