「Zusammenfassend war unser Urlaub ok, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gestimmt. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Leider war das bei der Rezeption nicht so - man musste mehrmals nachfragen nach zusätzlichen Decken, Abholung des Gepäcks und Buchungen von Restaurants, die Infos zum Wassersportangebot waren unvollständig und auch falsch. Die Buchung des Wäscheraums ging verloren und die Lösungsfindung nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Das Essen war...

「Sehr schönes Appartement. Wir haben uns von ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht. Sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk stand auf dem Esstisch beim Ankommen bereit. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das kleine Örtchen Panormos hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht . Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt .」

「The room Studio has a bed of 1.20 cm. Its more a single bed that a double. Its really really tight and its not so comfortable for 2 people. I slept really bad, as both me and my boyfriend we arent skinny skinny. I thought the bed was 1.40 cm, when I booked the room. Staff friendly, room clean.」

「Schönes neu renoviertes Bungalow mit Meerblick in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Anlage sehr weitläufig und wirklich wunderschön gestaltet. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Das Hotel ist ein Familienhotel dessen muss man sich bewusst sein. Wir waren außerhalb der Ferienzeit dort und es war während der Essenszeiten die Hölle los, schreiende Kinder, genervte Eltern, Dresscode - vergiss es. Es gab auch im letzten Winkel der Kantine kein Entkommen. Wir waren nur 4 Nächte nach unserer Rundreise...

「Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen.」

「The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped.」

「I wouldn’t go to all inclusive to Greece again, maybe just with breakfast included for convenience, because the food outside in the restaurants is muuuch much much better and that’s one of the ways to experience Greece. The quality was ok, but nothing compared to traditional amazing flavours in the restaurants. Also the prices of food in the restaurants is very reasonable, 40-65eur for 2 people you fill your tummies :)」

「Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower,and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October...
