“This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why:
1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor.
2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

“The room was clean and beautiful. The staff is AMAZING!!! Vans shuttle you around and they make everything so easy, fun and relaxing! Nelson and Ahmed were two of our favorites who went above and beyond! Our entire experience was top notch at Secrets! Thanks everyone!!!!”

“We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. “The hotel, territory, and the room was simply fantastic. The beach is well kept and amazing. The restaurants on site offered very tasty healthy quality food. Staff was superbly attentive and each time we came to eat remembered our names. Very personal service and complimentary beers in the room every day. Would definetly go again!”
