The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). Inside the rented unit...the flooring next to bathroom and bedroom is missing underneath supporting material so it sags in two spots, sags deeper in one spot vs the other spot...not safe for people to walk on nor to stand in place over. Living room sofa had dried spilled cereal that it appears someone had eaten left...
