「Exceptional! My sister said it best, it felt like we had stepped in to a Hallmark movie. The loft is beautiful, accomodations are high end and plush and our host Ashley was responsive and accommodating. We were spoiled with a welcome gift basket of treats and items to pamper ourselves filled with items from the Mercantile downstairs so we were able to purchase our favorites. 「There was police activity, yelling, and loud clanging of dumpsters every night- all night- in the back alley which our window faced. Also the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned and was growing mold in the old coffee filter!」
