Perfect Paradise Island Villa!

  • Owner with a 2nd villa next door in case you have a larger group, but would like to stay close together. Discounts for excursions and tours also available to guests.

    2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in gated community of 12 villas in walking distance from the world famous Atlantis Resort, gorgeous Cabbage Beach, Marina Village ferry terminal and shops and restaurants.

    The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated. Living space has high open ceilings and there is a private enclosed patio area with BBQ grill and community pool.

    Free high speed internet, cable television,/Smart TVs with Netflix etc., telephone (local calls only), central air conditioning, quality linens and bath & beach towels. A lovely quiet complex of 12 villas with on-site parking.

    Also included - beach chairs, coolers &, snorkeling gear.

    Bicycles are available on-site - ask for more details

    Kitchen items - paper towels, garbage bags, 5 gallon bottle of water, spices, coffee, tea and condiments.

    Bathroom items - soap, hand soap and travel-sized shampoo.

    For purchase and your convenience there is also a snack basket and cold beverages in the fridge in the villa.

    For extra guests -there is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, queen sized air mattress or a rollaway single bed also provided. There is also a pack n' play for a little one.

    Baby/toddler equipment also available for rental via BabyQuip - strollers, car seats, toy bins, cribs, bouncers and more!

Villa was everything we wanted and more! Kyrene was an exceptional host making our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. She had great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. It was so clean, well organized, great condition, and everything worked! You had every you needed and the host was the best we’ve experienced in terms of being genuine, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was walkable and we really appreciated that. We almost rented a golf cart, but didn’t need to! We’ll be back!

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay that has a peaceful and pristine pool but also beach access that will feel like your own private beach, you will love this spot. Kyrene is top notch as she greeted us at arrival, gave us a multitude of recommendations and tips, and her and her husband were always so friendly and inviting for the duration of our stay. The beachy decor and little extras (board games, fan, first aid supplies, plenty of hangers, books, purified drinking water, guidebook) were so thoughtful. Having snacks and drinks on hand to purchase was a plus. We enjoyed the patio all times of the day and night-spacious and offered both sun and shade. We rented the golf cart and used it to explore the island. Highly recommend this well cared for gated community.

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. This is a perfect place to stay with family. Great location and close to everything on Paradise Island. Kyrene was an excellent host and provided many helpful suggestions. Paradise Island Paradise

We stayed in two locations during our time on Paradise Island and this property was in proximity of Atlantis and a short walk to the beach. Nice community pool kept my kids occupied while we were at the property. Very clean and great communication with the owner all helped make this a great choice in stays while on the island. Would recommend and would book again.

Perfect trip to Nassau

Kyrene was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect vacation while the Bahamas. The house was perfect exactly as she had listed. From arrival to departure everything was a breeze. The property manager was a great communicator and very helpful. The Villa was perfect for our short stay, close to beach, restaurants and Atlantis. The pool was a hit with my kids!
