Can’t fault it!

We stayed on the 18th to 25th of June! Very easy, great communication with the host and Villa was perfect for the 7 of us! Would definetly return.

We har a lovely stay in a great and well-equiped house. We appreciated the outdoor pool area, and spend a lot of time there. The location was good, close to both shops and the beach.

Spacious villa, everything we needed in the accommodation. Pool was amazing! Single bed in the twin room was broken so perhaps a new bed as my son slept on the mattress on the floor. Didn’t dull our vibe though. Fantastic stay

Palm Villa 54 is a wonderful villa on a spacious corner plot in a quiet residential area. There wasn’t any building work going on. The pool is perfect. It was a lovely temperature and is on a slope. The villa has everything you’d need: a safe, BBQ, plenty of sunbeds and outside seating and dining and a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa bed can sleep one child comfortably. The host was responsive (e.g when we wanted extra bedding or when the toaster needed replacing).The villa was spotless on arrival and was cleaned mid-stay. Pool attendants came regularly. The property is a five minute walk to a bus stop which takes you into Protaras strip/ Ayia Napa/ Water World waterpark. Protaras has many lovely restaurants. There are also restaurants within a five minute walk and a small beach at the end of the road (5-10 mins walk). Metro (via the Wolf app) deliver to the villa. It was the perfect home for our group of 8.

Fab villa for large group/family

Everything, pool,bedrooms,living area,kitchen,plenty of cooking utensils, dishwasher,washing machine,everything you need, home from home Nothing..everything was clean and in good condition. Cushions on outside furniture were ripped when we arrived. by the street cats i would think, but when the cleaner came she replaced the cushions..so all good wouldnt hesitate to book this villa in the future for a family holiday

Wonderful experience!

This was my first trip to Cyprus and I WILL be back. The villa was completely spotless when we arrived and there were some much appreciated supplies in the refrigerator. All appliances were in fine working order and there were enough kitchen items that you could cook a decent meal. The key to the villa was easily accessible and all arrival instructions we had received from the host were accurate and clear. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, as well as the pool, were spacious enough that the four of us could spread out comfortably. The villa itself is in a small development which appeared to have both residential and rental properties. This was nice because, at least for our stay, it was rather quiet and private. While not directly accessible to the beach, the walk is an easy 15 minutes or so to Pernera Beach which was an absolutely lovely lagoon and nowhere near as crowded as the beaches at Fig Tree Bay. Along the way you might pass a restaurant called Doma. It's well worth the stop as food and service were both outstanding. We found a couple of markets a short walk away that were fine for buying in some kitchen essentials and the host provides some suggestions as well in a handy binder. Speaking of the host, Costas was promptly responsive to any inquiries I had and was a pleasure to deal with. I do recommend running all inquiries through the host directly as we had a bit less luck with using the WhatsApp system through one of his associates. We will return! Thank you!

Ideal family villa

We stayed at the villa in October 2021, 2 familes, 2 Adults and 2 Children. The villa was lovely, especially the outdoor space. Some of the internal furniture showed signs of wear or tear, but that's to be expected at the end of a season. The pool was a great size and bigger than most private villa pools. The property was fully gated so gave you extra security and peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay here again. There were lots of nice touches that we didn't expect like there being a washing machine and as we arrived late a number of essentials like milk, bread etc were left for us.
