"We were absolutely shocked that after paying in full for our accessible room for one night stay we were handed a bill in the morning to pay $8 for overnight parking. We were parked in an acessible space overnight, this property has recently made a policy that all paying guests are charged in addition for parking. It’s absolutely disgusting. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Holiday Inn. It’s nickel and diming paying customers. We will never give any of our business to Vaughn or Holiday inn again. Extremely disgusted. "

"Place was great, main level staff had no clue how to stay quiet in the early morning hours. Talking, rolling carts and loud noises at 6am. "

"House keeping picked dirty towels up off the floor and put them back on the counter for us to use as if they were clean. I know they did this be abuse one of them was dirty to start with and then I saw it back up on the counter the next day. So I do not recommend. Dirty habits. Nice room though with the small kitchen and fridge for food. Nothin g to do at the hotel or around the hotel. No amenities at all. "

"Great Location with lots of eateries in walking distance. Nice amenities in the hotel. We stayed in a large suite, that had a full size kitchens. Great for families. "

"Rooms were very clean and designed well. Beds are extremely uncomfortable however. Surprised how there was no sweetener available for coffee with breakfast as well as limited options given room rates. It could be an excellent hotel with minor tweaks to comfort and breakfast options"

"Put hooks behind bathroom doors. There was no place to put our clothes because there were NO drawers, in a stay for 4 days, it was a pain living out of a suitcase. No place to log into programs like Netflix. Good location, good rooms, clean enough, mostly. Great friendly staff. "
