The house is located on the Col de la Louvière at an altitude of 500 m, very close to the beautiful wine village of Saint-Chinian. It is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes through unspoiled nature.



Treat yourself to a dip in the river in St Chinian, less than 15 minutes away, or at the waterfall in Babeau, kayaking, horseback riding, walking or cycling. Several wine cellars with wine tastings can be visited in the area. If you are looking for picturesque little villages, make a detour to Olargues (31 km), Minerve (24 km) and Roquebrun (27 km). For beach lovers, Gruissan, Valras or Vias are only an hour's drive away. In less than two hours you can reach Béziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Nîmes or Sète.
