“If I could rate it a million stars, I would! This is the perfect, peaceful quiet Portuguese experience. We stayed here because it was close to the wedding venue we were attending. The staff were all so kind and helpful, the pool was the perfect cool temperature with plenty of lounge set for everyone, and the grounds were gorgeous. You can hear chickens and church bells, walked on the cobblestone, and it was very relaxing. There's even a little chapel that I degree not taking photographs of……

“Great location, beautiful place, comfortable beds, tidy rooms, but what really makes this place stand out is Cesar, who is an amazing host: super friendly, helpful, and available 24/7 for anything you need. 100% recommended, will definitely come back when I visit Porto again.”

“L’emplacement est idéal et l’hôte a été vraiment accueillant! Ils nous avaient installé un petit lit de bébé avant notre arrivée et ce fut vraiment apprécié. Ils fournissent un petit journal de bord avec toutes leurs recommandations du quartier. Je recommande!
Attention si vous avez beaucoup de bagages ou de la difficulté à monter des escaliers car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.”

“I can’t say enough good things about staying at Canto de Luz. Hannah, Susana, McKenzie, and everyone there were so kind, warm, and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect- close to restaurants and sites but far away enough to also be relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and felt like eating a homecooked meal at home. Susana and Hannah took their time to make sure our check-in went smoothly through email and in-person when we……

“What a find! This was a truly excellent place to stay in Porto. Really well positioned, everything was within walking distance.
The room was absolutely gorgeous, and huge. It was well stocked with amenities, including a Nespresso machine.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a small continental offering, with eggs cooked to order, perfect for a trip to Porto, as you definitely don't want to fill up on breakfast!
I will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to……
