「Room appeared clean, but I’m quite certain I got bed bugs the day after. The pool did not seem to have been serviced in a while, not a single smell of cleanliness. No pool towels until later. Walked by 2 hotel staff cleaning rooms and blatantly complaining about how many rooms they’re assigned to clean. But the main lobby was well maintained, nice seating areas that my family hung out in. Located in the hospital complex off the main road, Woodward, it is conveniently located and only minutes from shopping centers, entertainment and freeways.」

「The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...

「Great location! Clean, well-equipped, open and spacious apartment. We got a premium one. It was a corner apartment, so we enjoyed a lot of natural light. Cookies in the room were an unexpected and tasty treat! It was a bit noisy at night, but the white noise machine took care of that nicely. Smart touch. We plan to return some day. :)」

「The property is perfect for family or business stay. It is quiet and pleasant property which has all the normal amenities. Clean bathroom, spacious room, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. I only wish there was a kettle to boil water for tea. All in all good location with food, groceries and amenities all close by. It was perfect for our stay」
