If you just want to stay in a super touristy area with boring shops, citizenM is for you. The room size is not bad, and the bed is huge. Shower head is a bit dodgy. There’s no kettle in the room, which I need. There are no USB plugs either.

The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. No wonder ...
