For your family stay or with good friends, you will be immediately seduced by the compact and functional side of our studio.
It is equipped with wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television.
In its modern American kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Our apartment is located a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, and the Place de l'Etoile in a neighbourhood that is full of many little treasures to discover. Between Sainte-Odile square, the Flower Market, Place des Ternes or the Salle Pleyel,.. everyone will find their happiness in the heart of this neighbourhood that has become one of the most coveted in the capital.

We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm, for 20 euros for 2 hours.

In order to access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du caire 75002, to book your time slot in advance

Muy mal olor

El baño tenía un olor muy horrible, eo depto no tiene ventana, ni una ventilación. La ubicación es inmejorable pero para mi gusto el olor del baño y de la propiedad le quita muchos puntos a todo lo bueno que tiene el departamento
