Great location!

Enjoyed staying at this cozy apartment. All major attractions including The Louvre, Montmartre, Patheon, Opera Garnier, and anything in between are within 30 min walking distance. Tons of restaurant options and one of the food tours we did actually ended at a store in a few blocks. The apartment has 4 double beds and one of the rooms had an additional single bed so we did not have to use the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has all essential stuff for quick breakfast fixes. Sufficient towels were provided. Easy communication thru VRBO and Whatsapp. A little bit of attention to cleaning, especially bedding and pillows, would make this apartment outstanding.

Great Location

Although the property needed a good cleaning (dusty, items left in cabinets from previous guests, and underwear from previous guests found behind the couch), it was a safe and well located apartment. The laundry machine did not work and one representative stated "yeah, it doesn't," but the next day, when the Wi-Fi stopped working, the person who fixed the WiFi was able to get the machine working as well. Also, there are two sofa couches but, due to the arrangement of the room (they are at 90 degree angles to each other), only one can be used at a time.

The location was great! And the room layout was very good. But the apartment was lacking in appointments and finishings. Beds were unmade when we arrived. All three sinks were dirty. No dish drying rack. No towel bars anywhere. We put up command hooks to hold our towels. The two sofas were in need of cleaning, spill spots all over them. And only two mirrors in the entire place. We had to replace one shower head because it leaked so bad. And the stairs were dark, needs better lighting.Also the entry hall was rather messy. A lock box to collect the key and deposit it upon leaving is typically provided.
