Very quite, exceptionally clean property with very friendly and helpful staff. The suite has a great small kitchen and a grocery store right across the street, 30 sec away. The beds are super comfy, which was a surprise for me being from North America. 20 min walk to the Madelene and about 20 min from the Champ Elyssey. I would stay there again.

Our room was just like the photo on their site. It was roomy enough for 4 people. I had seen many rooms around Paris and they were tiny. This one was good size. The stove was induction so it took a while to figure out. Ask the front of you can’t figure it out. We couldn’t figure out the microwave. The only complaint I have is that the tub was incredibly high and difficult to get in and out of. My parents had trouble getting in/out of the tub. I think it’s pretty dangerous. The staff was very friendly! Love that it was 15 min walk to Champs de Elyses for great high end shopping. Good Restaurants with in 10 mins walk. Grocery store across the street. Pharmacies close. I would definitely stay there again for the size and location despite the dangerous tub. It had a safe which was very comforting.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for its location, proximity to the metro, and view of the Eiffel Tower (from our room on the top floor, at least). It’s a clean, walkable area with restaurants and other businesses nearby, and the metro station location was perfect as we took the metro daily. We also had a suite with a king size bed (not always a given in Europe) and a separate sleeping area for the kids, which was great. The negatives were it seemed like the suite wasn’t vacuumed before we arrived and they were stingy with things like restocking Kleenex and toilet paper in our room. As well, there were no facecloths. Don’t know if this is ‘normal’ for Europe but you might want to bring your own.

A nice 4-day family stay

The overall experience was really nice. The appartment was better than we expected. Cleaning was just fine. Perfect location near Miromesnli Metro station. Value for money stay. Good neighbourhood. Overall satified with our stay. The only problem we had was programming our breakfast: specifically 3 out of 4 times we got our breakfast 30-45 minutes later than the time we booked for and we changed our scehdule beacuse of this. There was a miscommunication with the lady responsible delivering breakfast. Something went totally wrong.
