## Space

This 65 m² apartment, located on the 7th floor with elevator, offers an exceptional living experience with its 26 m² balcony.

In addition to a view of the Eiffel Tower, the apartment features :

- a bright living room with a bay window opening onto the balcony and a dining area,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer,
- a cosy bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, with direct access to the balcony,
- bathroom with bathtub,
- separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
- games for all ages, children's books,
- central heating, carbon monoxide detector,
- TV, Wifi,
- a parking space in the basement.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: €44

    Secure building with good access to busy Metro line

    It was a bit tricky at check-in, we arrived later than anticipated partially due to heavy traffic and were left to manage the process on our own via concierge guidance through WhatsApp. Very important to take pictures of everything, high & low. The furniture is as pictured and was comfortable. There is an induction cooktop that I could not figure out how to use, I did appreciate the Nespresso, kettle & microwave. Plenty of dishes & glassware. Good restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, etc in the area.
