Cedric is an attentive and excellent host. He met us and oriented us to the appt. He assisted us with problems we had operating the washing machine. We booked this appt because it is 20 yards from Rue des Martyrs, in the SoPi (South of Pigalle) neighborhood. The pictures are not entirely accurate in that the appt has additional tables and chairs which limits walkable space. 30m2 makes for a cozy stay. We kept the curtains to the courtyard closed because we had suitcases open adjacent to the windows (space issue). There is minimal noise (footsteps audible) from above or the courtyard which is nice. Kitchen is functional. Appt is secure (three doors from the street to access.) Authentic Parisian appt. Would stay here again.

This is your place!

This flat is the perfect area for cafes, pastries and breads and metro stations. It was very easy to travel to different sites. The area is just lovely and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The host communicated well and was a pleasure to meet with. The flat is conveniently located on the 1st floor and is very clean. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Good location

Apartment is compact but still has plenty of room for 2. Ladies if you have a lot of toiletries you may struggle for shelf space in the bathroom. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. This is a ground floor unit but very secure as you go through 3 doors to get in so it is not on the steeet but looks into a courtyard. Easy access to transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. We would stay here again.
