This 21m² studio is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is ideal for 1–2 guests, perfectly suited for a city stay in the heart of Paris.
It features:
• A living area with a comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa bed for one person (best suited for short stays), dining table with chairs, TV and WiFi.
• A fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer.
• A bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is compact and efficiently designed, typical of centrally located Parisian homes.
Cleaning fees include fresh bed linens and towels for each stay, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival.
