    In the heart of the typical and secret Montmartre, at a staircase from the Place du Tertre and 200 meters from the Abbesses metro station is Rue Berthe.

    It is a peaceful street, without noise, but a few meters from Amelie Poulain's grocery store, rue des Abbesses or Lepic and of course Sacré Coeur.

    We provide our 25 m2 studio on the 3rd sunny floor composed of a living room and its convertible bed for two, an independent kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

A lovely stay in the heart of Montmartre!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is perfectly located—just a short walk from the Sacré-Cœur and surrounded by charming streets. There were a few cleanliness issues at first, but they were quickly resolved. Overall, excellent value for money. We’d be happy to come back!

Dans le coeur de Montmartre, mais sur une rue calme résidentiel. Propre, tout tels qu'indiqué sur l'annonce. Parfait pour notre séjour a Paris! Je resterait chez Marc encore sans hésitation.

Studio zwischen Äbtissinnen und Place du Tertre

Das Appartment war genau passend wonach ich suchte. Der Gastgeber war hilfreich (z.B. mit Restaurant tips) und ich fand alles ganauso vor wie beschrieben. Unkompliziert und direkt und zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das einzige was fehlte war Internetzugang aber ich hab's überlebt!

Cute place, needs clarification

This cute apartment is in a GREAT part of town with a lovely, responsive host. Renters should just be aware that there are 50 steep steps to the apartment, there is no wi-fi, and no shower (tub has hand held sprayer). Also, it is freezing for the first 24 hours until you get all the heaters going. That said, it is still a good deal for the money and I wouldn't trade our experience.

Le lieu était glaciale a mon arrivé, j'ai du mettre tout les radiateur et le chauffage d'appoint électrique (très utile). Les lampes sont encombrante et trop basse et manque de puissance dans la salle principale. La sdb est bien équipée, juste la plante au sol qui prend trop d'espace. La cuisine l'espace de cuisson est trop petit pour faire cuire deux choses cote a côte. Manque de condiments comme le sel et poivre, par contre le petit frigo est entièrement rempli d'alcool du bac a légume au congélateur et quelques produits périmée comme une confiture pleine de moisissures. On trouve encore de l'alcool dans les placards, mais elle est bien équipée en électroménager, notamment cafetière, théière et un bon choix de produit en tout genre pour elles. J'aurai bien aimer au moins une petite télé.

Habiter à Montmartre est une très belle expérience! Le quartier est vivant et dynamique! Le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce qui était annoncé! Avec la canicule, tout ce qui manquait était un ventilateur, sinon, une fois les portes-fenêtres ouvertes ainsi que les fenêtres les courants d’air étaient très agréables! Marc répondait rapidement à nos questions et a facilité notre séjour!

After a slightly shaky start we had a wonderful time staying in the apartment. It has everything you need and a very comfortable bed. It is ideally located and in such a pretty area of the city. Be warned there is no WiFi and a lot of steps, both in the area and to get to the apartment. But don’t let this put you off. It is charming and just what it says on the tin!

Perfekt um das Viertel zu erkunden

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Appartment. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, hat aber alles was man braucht und liegt perfekt um das Viertel bzw. Paris zu erkunden!

Great stay in Montmartre

Everything was perfect. The apartment is small but very comfortable and cozy with everything we needed. It is also very quiet, despite being close to the center of Montmartre and its main attractions, a few minutes on foot from the subway. Perfect for a short stay for couple.
