Just a few minutes from emblematic monuments: Sacré-Cœur (10 min), Opéra Garnier (15 min), and Louvre (20 min). Take advantage of nearby public transport and numerous local amenities for a pleasant, convenient stay.



The Space:

Our 40m2 apartment is a well-appointed two-room apartment featuring a cosy living room with a double sofa and TV for your moments of relaxation.



The welcoming bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed, with plugs near the bed and a desk for your professional or study needs. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including a washing machine.



The accommodation features free Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The royal blue decor brings a touch of elegance and modernity to the whole apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the appartement. It's designed for self-check-in, with the keys securely placed in a lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, irrespective of the hour.

The Gare du Nord, one of Paris' main train stations, is just a few minutes' walk away, reinforcing the accessibility of this address.

- Sacré-Coeur: The famous Sacré-Coeur Basilica in Montmartre is just 10 minutes away by public transport.

- Gare de l'Est: Around 10 minutes on foot, with access to metro lines 4, 5 and 7, as well as several bus lines.



- Métro Poissonnière (line 7): A 5-minute walk away, this line takes you directly to the Louvre, the Opera and the Latin Quarter.



Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

- You can bring a pet, but it must be added as a guest before booking.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.

🔁 Pour les séjours de longue durée, la préautorisation sera renouvelée tous les 7 jours afin de garantir une couverture pendant toute la durée de votre réservation.
