    Located in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement, 35m², this apartment is ideally situated in the Europe district. Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Fully equipped and carefully prepared for your arrival.

    Designed for comfort and ease, this 35m² apartment includes everything you need for a relaxing stay in Paris:

    - Fully equipped kitchen (essentials provided, coffee, tea, sugar, washer / dishwasher tablets, etc...)

    - 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed

    - Air conditioning

    The apartment is located in the Europe district, a calm and residential quartier between Saint-Lazare and the 17th arrondissement.

    The Gare Saint-Lazare - with direct access to Normandy and regular connections to Charles de Gaulle airport via RER - is a five-minute walk. Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are reachable in ten minutes on foot. The neighbourhood's quiet streets offer a welcome contrast to its outstanding connectivity to the rest of the city.



    Getting Around:

    The apartment is well served by public transport:

    - Europe (Metro line 3) - 3 minutes on foot

    - Saint-Lazare (Metro lines 3, 12, 13 & 14 + RER A, C & E) - 5 minutes on foot

    - Villiers (Metro lines 2 & 3) - 6 minutes on foot

    - A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.

    - Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

Nice place to stay. Even nicer peeps to talk to and VERY helpful. Only reason not 5 stars, because we felt the amenities were lacking for someone who would be staying 8 days. We had to purchase paper towels, toilet tissue, only 2 bath towels etc. but otherwise was wonderful :)

Clean, secure, great location.

After we chose the apartment, we were switched over to Duve to pay, so it was hard to find our reservation on your site. The apartment itself, was very nice, but the building across the street was under construction. The building we were in had some covering on the staircases and looked like some renovations were happening there, as well. However, once inside, it was charming, well equipped, and very comfortable.

Apartment in the 8th arr near Gare St. Lazare

The apartment is centrally located near the metro. There are restaurants, boulangeries, coffee shops, a pharmacie and supermarkets within a short walking distance. Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier is within reach as well. I Although it was in a busy street, it gets more quiet at night and on weekends. It's in a safe area of Paris. We did the self check-in and the instructions provided were clear. The apartment is well-appointed and tastefully furnished. As we stayed for 10 nights, we wish the owners provided toiletries and more rolls of tissue but that is not a deal-breaker as we were able to purchase the same at Monoprix. All in all, I recommend this place for its good location, accessibility and safety.
