Amazing

Would stay again. Clean, great location, good communication, nice view. Only like a 10-15 min easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. It was cheaper and much larger than booking a hotel.

Great location

The location is great! Outside of the hustle of downtown so it's quiet and has nice bakery right downstairs and good restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Just a few minutes from the Metro to get you wherever you want to go. The property is a little more run down that the pictures show but very clean and comfortable bed.

Great location, some maintenance work needed.

Location was great but a few things needed attention. There was poor lighting throughout the flat but especially in the bedroom. A hole in the bathroom ceiling was patched with plastic film. A broken mirror was covered with a poster. The dining space only had a single folding chair. We had to bring an outdoor chair in from the balcony after it dried out from the rain. The positives for the flat include the balcony, two nearby Metro stations and the view of the Eiffel Tower and the bed was comfy.

Good place

We liked it. A little out of the way but we knew that. About 5 minute walk to the Metro 9, a good "supermarket" and a fabulous fish, meat, cheese and produce market, clothes shopping close, too. A couple of small markets and a bakery just a minute away. The biggest issue is that there was only a single comfortable place to sit inside and that was a kind of beat up couch. Huge TV, nice deck, huge closet with tons of hangers, AC in the bedroom only, decent (for a Paris apartment) kitchen, a view of the Eiffel Tower and quiet until the morning garbage pickup. Usually about 6:30 or so. The owner was very responsive. The 4 was because of the furnishings. Everything else was good.

A perfect location for me

Quiet neighborhood, up high away from the street noise, enough space, lots of light. Sacha is a great host. I loved my stay, especially with air conditioning in the bedroom!

Perfect Location, Amazing View!

Sacha was an incredibly welcoming host and his 8th floor apartment has a wonderful view of the Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood is elegant and extremely quiet. All necessary shops are mere steps away, Metro and RER stops are very close, and you can easily walk many places.

Sacha is a great host - organized, communicates, and really cares. The property is in a safe area and you really can’t get better - location, size, view, set up. I loved this experience and will try to book here every time I am in Paris for as long as Sacha will allow !! :-)
