Great stay in Passy

Cozy apartment with adequate space for our group of 3 in a quiet and convenient location. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower, Place du Trocadéro, and Passy station. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and boulangeries. Communication with management was easy via text and/or Vrbo.Access to the apartment required going up a spiral staircase to the third floor, which wasn't an issue for our group, though should be advertised for guest awareness. Overall, nice place to stay.

Lovely stay in Paris!!

We had a lovely stay in this flat. It’s on the top floor so we got plenty of exercise !! The washing machine was an added bonus. The only negative is the lack of a/c but we opened the skylights and used the fans and it was fine !!

Good location

We enjoyed the property. A 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes to Arc de Triomphe, easy access to train. Very small, great for a couple, tight for a family. The upstairs bed was comfortable, downstairs daybed would be great if the pull out section would bear weight without collapse. Daybed as/is is good for one person, not two due to the defect. All in all a great stay. I would stay there again. It is a third floor walk up with a narrow spiral staircase. Quaint, but should be advised.

This was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. It was very close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the train and safe. The person managing the place was very helpful and contacted me the day before my arrival to make sure I had his contact information. The place was spotless when we arrived. The only two things would be the stairs in the apartment and the stairs in the building. Shoes or no socks are a must for the stairs inside the apartment, and you might need a flashlight at night for some of the stairs inside the building. That being said I would 10/10 book this place again and definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in a laid back neighborhood, with great restaurants, shopping and transportation.

Paris perfect

Wonderful stay. Great location. Close to Eiffel tower and metro station And good cafe Once ascending three stories of narrow winding staircase, A lovely,clean,cosy flat was perfect. I would recommend.

Perfect Flat in Passy—just minutes from the Eiffel Tower

We had a wonderful time staying at this flat! We were minutes from the Eiffel Tower! The Passy Metro station was a short walk which made getting around Paris easy. We loved the neighborhood, nearby restaurants and especially the boulangerie we went to each morning!

This property is a complete lie. It is not in that building that’s on the photos, you cannot see the Eiffel Tower, the furniture is different, you have to walk three flights of stairs on filthy rugs and a dingy lobby, the electricity went out and the management company didn’t even care and I just continue to get emails, saying stay patient, we had to check out early, This is an absolute disgrace, and they will not assist us at all. It needs to be removed from Expedia completely.

Près de tout!

Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la proximité des services, métro ainsi que la tranquillité du coin. Le seul point négatif de l’appartement est la douche, il faudrait peut-être investir dans un nouveau rideau. Ce dernier était toujours mouillé, il n’arrivait pas à sécher entre les douche et il n’était pas propre. Outre ce petit désagrément, tout était parfait!
