The staff was really nice and 24/7 so that was great and helpful. I will say it was better than i expected after reading the reviews. There was some dirty spots on bed frame but other than that the room was clean and we got housecleaning daily. The only other thing was our shower has a bad smell if we unplugged it but if we kept it plugged it wasn’t bad. Bed was comfortable and clean. room was big enough for two people for sure! Overall not terrible if you need an affordable option.

It's smaller than I thought, the lady who attended us was kind, but there was a man who started yelling at us because my sister came in to go to the bathroom and was not registered, the hotel needs remodeling and look more like a hotel. I didn’t like the concept to leave the keys every time you left the hotel

The whole property was under renovation, meaning there was scaffolding at the front and rear. This was all I saw from the bedroom window. As a result, there was dust already in my room. As it was hot, I wanted to open my window, however, it just allowed more dust to come in from the building work. The room was advertised as having a private bathroom, however, the toilet and shower were in a separate room on the fifth floor, shared between ten rooms, as far as I could tell. I walked out of the hotel and didn't even stay there. I will be seeking reimbursement and compensation for having to find another hotel that was suitable, and for the hassle it caused me.
