Perfect Property!

This apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great area - within easy walking to train stations, and many local restaurants. We had 8 adults and had no problems with space. Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt in Paris war dank dieser Unterkunft eine tolle Zeit - sicherer Zugang, netter Innenhof, eine Treppe hochzusteigen, um in die saubere, freundlich eingerichtete und funktionale Wohnung zu gelangen. Der Zuschnitt ist praktisch, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zu fünft wohlgefühlt und hatten ausreichend Privatsphäre. Es gibt praktischerweise zwei Bäder mit Duschen aber (einziger kleiner Minuspunkt:!) nur eine Toilette. Das Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Essbereich liegt direkt zur (belebten) Straße raus. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte vorsorgen. Das an den Wohn-Essbereich grenzende Schlafzimmer ist innenliegend, die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof raus.Wir waren im Herbst da, das war temperaturtechnisch prima. Für den Sommer stehen Kühlgeräte bereit, was sicher sinnvoll ist.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hilfreich, rege und sehr angenehm.Von der Lage her hat uns die Nähe zur Gare de l'Est (fußläufig 5min), die Metroanbindung und das mit freundlichem Publikum belebte Viertel positiv überrascht. Bäcker, Lebensmittelläden, Kneipen, Restaurants, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und Erreichbarkeit!Vollste Empfehlung, immer gern wieder!
