This fully equipped 2 bedroom /2 bathroom whose full renovation was completed in May 2016 is very centrally located on a little quiet street called rue pecquay in the middle of le Marais. you are 2 blocks away from the Pompidou center which is a major modern art museum. there is a vast selection of metro stations in the neighborhood including the main les Halles/Chatelet metro hub.
The apartment consists of a one-bedroom with living room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, bedroom with king-size bed ( 180*200 cm or 72*80 inches), large closet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, traditional and microwave oven, full-size fridge and freezer and shower room and an adjacent small studio with twin beds which can easily be transformed into a queen-size bed and a shower room. there is a coat rack and a shelf in the studio but no closet. the one-bedroom and the studio have their own individual entrances closed to each other see pictures but do not communicate directly. the studio and the one-bedroom lock with a different key.
Please be aware that the one-bedroom and the studio do not rent separately and are a walk-up on the first floor ( second American). there are only this one bedroom and this studio on the first floor of the building. they can provide privacy for two couples or adult children with their parents due to the independent entrance. they open on the rue pecquay street with three windows which are each equipped with blinds and shutters.

The apartment comes with free WI-FI, and international cable channels.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers high-quality linens and towels.

Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century-old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries, and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.

Great location with everything we needed. Walkable to many of the things we wanted to do and the metro was close by when we didn’t want to walk. Great food options and boutiques right outside our door. The apartment was easy to get to and check in and communication was great.

Olivier was great. His communication was amazing and he went out of his way to help us surprise our Mom. The place was in an amazing location, right in the heart of several restaurants and very safe. It felt more of a local area with hidden gem places to eat. We enjoyed being able to wake up and turn the corner and be around lots of stores and places to eat. Of note there is one flight of stairs to get up there. Highly recommend!

My family ( 2 adults/2 teens) absolutely loved this apartment. The location is incredible and we felt safe walking around during the day and at night. So many restaurants and shops just steps away. We easily walked to all the major tourist destinations from the apartment. The apartment and separate studio were both clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This is not a boutique hotel so adjust your expectations. This is an affordable apartment in a spectacular area. A true gem and the owners clearly care about their rental property. The upholstery had some stains ( couch and dining chairs) but were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and clean and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The big closet in the main bedroom had enough towels for our group and plenty of storage for our clothes and suitcases. The WiFi worked well and we were able to log-in to our streaming accounts on the TV. There was a coffee maker and tea kettle that we used daily. The washer/dryer unit is in the kitchen and there was detergent available under the kitchen sink. We did a few loads of laundry and everything worked as expected.The owners were very responsive with booking and proactive with communication. They were out of town during our stay and arranged for Anna , their assistant, to meet us when we arrived and show us around the apartment. We would stay at this apartment again. It met our needs for a leisurely 8 days in Paris.

Olivier is an incredible host and this property is a real gem. Kitchen is wonderfully function with all the things you need. In case you need something, Olivier will deliver! The beds were comfortable, with plenty of clean linens and pillows. The main bathroom is nicely upgraded and very spacious, even beyond typical Paris standards. The neighborhoodnis Marais adjacent and convenient walking distance to major metro stops, amazing dining and shopping options, and of coyrse tyebUle de Cite and Notre Dame.I cannot stress enough, what a relief it was to have Olivier meet us at the apartment, explain and demonstrate how to open the gates and doors, operate tye washing machine etc. After 36 hours of travel we were braindead and needed the instructions.If you choose this property you will not be disappointed.

Super Viertel und alles in der Nähe, auch wenn es manchmal laut war. Gastgeber etwas kurz-gebunden aber Informationen schriftlich vorhanden. Betten bequem, Küche groß genug, um kochen zu können. Einer Badezimmer war top, in dem Zweiten war die Dusche zu klein. Die Fotos auf Ihrer Webseite zeigen die Räumlichkeiten viel größer als in der Realität aber wir kamen mit allem gut zu recht.

Location was terrific. Second unit was truly tiny, no place to put luggage/clothes, could barely turn around in shower. No bathroom door, just a curtain Fine for one person. Needed help getting out of the building and finding hallway lights. Wonderful area for eating, drinking, coffee, walking, and people watching. Would definitely recommend for three people!

This property is in a great location as it is close to everything! Great restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. It was clean and very comfortable. Olivier was a lifesaver. I was traveling with my brother who has Parkinson's and he was sure he knew the Metro well but had us running in circles for hours at Chatalet! Olivier to the rescue. He found us and escorted us to the apartment. If I had a critique it would be the bar below the property which was quite lively late but my trusty sound machine took care of that.

Olivier was very responsive and proactive when I booked this apartment. I asked for an early check-in which he was able to do and Salvador was waiting for us once we got to Paris to walk us through the apartment. This is an amazing location with so many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in this neighborhood. We started each morning going to the many boulangeries within walking distance and at the end of each day, we stopped for a nightcap at the restaurant downstairs, L'amuse Gueule. It's also so close to so many Paris destinations (the Louvre, Tuileries, Palais Royal, Notre Dame) that we walked everywhere. This apartment was the perfect, central location for Paris.

Lively Area

Our group was two married couples, all about age 60, travelling together. We were on the property five days. The host was extremely helpful upon arrival and throughout the entire process. There are numerous restaurants very close by which provide a lively atmosphere during the day and into the night which might be an issue for some but we did not mind. The second bedroom is another stand alone unit right next to the bigger one. It is quite small and provided us with some laughable moments, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate for our needs. Families with children might have some concerns.

This is a great property, particularly if you want a totally separate bedroom with it's own entrance. We invited our 2 younger nephews to join us in Paris (19, 21) so they could come and go as they please, without disturbing us (we are in our 70"s). Probably the most important, it is a GREAT location and it has very comfortable beds! Olivier the property manager was very responsive to our questions/requests.

Excellent spot in a great neighborhood

We stayed here as a family of four to explore Paris. Olivier was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived to show us the apartment. We were very impressed by the space and its proximity to many things we wanted to see in the city. We really enjoyed sitting in the window, eating a fresh baguette and cheese from the cheesemonger down the street and listening to all the activity on the boulevard. We would very much recommend and would return for another visit.

Prepare to be underwhelmed

While the property description contains no falsehoods, renters should know that the "studio" is so small that there is only about 9" (22 cm) of clearance around all 3 sides of the bed - so you have to shimmy around the bed if you want to move. There is ZERO space for any luggage. ZERO place to sit, other than on the bed. There is a rack of hooks to hang clothes on, that's it. As for the bathroom - the shower is about 30" (75 cm) square and no soap holder, no towel rack, and no toilet paper holder. The entire space is basically about 4 times the size of a phone booth (or, an airplane bathroom). There is a hairdryer provided - maybe someday there will also be a place to plug it in as well. The larger bath in the main room also had no TP holder and no soap/shampoo holder. Both rooms were very poorly lit - I had to use my cell phone light in order to read a map - forget about reading a book or magazine after sundown. There were no paper towels and the kitchen was, I would say, minimally supplied with silverware. Good selection of knives - that was about it. The corkscrew was one of those miserable direct-pull designs, not an up-to-date articulated design. The kitchen counter top was wood and annoyingly warped from water and long overdue for a sanding and re-finishing. The TV remote offered no "Guide" - so there should have been a printed list of channels, but there was none. There were 3 large floor-stand fans, presumably the "AC" for warm weather - good luck in summer.
