The front desk staff were very helpful and hospitable. Several good restaurants near as well as grocery and pharmacy. I was able to walk to the Galleries LaFayette. ⚜️🇫🇷🌞👍

The hotel was in a great location. Very near to a lot of good restaurants and bars and walkable to the main attractions and it was very straightforward to get to our concert venue - two stops! The room was very small though with no wardrobe just a low rail and also very tired. The bathroom needed a revamp. Shame as lovely high end toiletries, sheets and Nespresso and lovely common parts including garden and reception. Friendly staff, good communication pre arrival and free curated city guide and they held onto bags so we could explore further on last day. Really not a 4* though. More a 3* Expensive for what we got.

This hotel was ideally located and very charming. The room was smaller than expected and slightly worn. But we very much enjoyed the common areas and beautiful courtyard.

Hotel Bienvenue is ideally nestled near Montmartre and the vibrant Opéra district, offering easy access to wonderful cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The courtyard garden is a welcome retreat, as is the cozy common lounge area, which also serves as a bar and breakfast nook. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Espace commun très agréable Mais chambre horrible, vétuste, sale, odeur de moisissure dans la salle de bain !! Carrelage cassé, rideau de douche sale etc… Le personnel rentrait dans ma chambre pour faire des mesures et des interventions… Petit déjeuner avec jus de fruits fermenté…

J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner à l’Hôtel Bienvenue dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel, en plein mois de juillet et en période de canicule, et j’y ai passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans une rue qui devient piétonne le soir, ce qui garantit un calme très appréciable en plein Paris. Le cadre est plein de charme, avec une décoration soignée et un magnifique patio intérieur, véritable havre de paix. J’ai eu la chance d’avoir une chambre donnant sur ce patio : la vue est superbe et l’atmosphère particulièrement reposante. Mention spéciale également pour l’ascenseur ancien, plein de caractère. Il peut surprendre au premier abord, mais il participe au charme de l’établissement et est tout simplement magnifique. La chambre n’était pas très grande, mais parfaitement pensée : très propre, fonctionnelle et bien agencée, on ne manque de rien. Le personnel a été accueillant, souriant et très attentionné tout au long de mon séjour. Mon seul petit regret concerne le petit-déjeuner. Les produits proposés sont de qualité, mais j’aurais apprécié une offre un peu plus complète avec quelques options salées (œufs, charcuterie, fromage…). Avec un patio aussi exceptionnel, je suis convaincue que l’expérience pourrait devenir absolument parfaite. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
