Well positioned for exploring Paris and great for budget-conscious travellers... but beware the stairs! I was on the 5th floor and those stairs are a killer after a day of exploring the city. Obviously there's not any way round this given the building's design, but anyone with mobility issues may want to think twice before booking here. Room was basic but fine, with a very small bathroom area (but still technically en suite!) and a TV - sadly no kettle and coffee/tea in the room, I believe refreshments were available from reception but given what an epic trip up and down stairs it is, I could live without it! Plenty of shops nearby to stock up on snacks and refreshments, including a well stocked Aldi 5 minutes walk away.

The shower was terrible, the service was virtually non existant. I went for breakfast and the food looked bland and disappointing. The room had seen better days and I was on the 3rd floor lugging my belongings upstairs. This is one of the least favourite hotels I have stayed in. The location is good, I slept well.

Hotel informed in advance that there is no elevator so I was prepared. Not convenient for people with disabilities or in case you have heavy luggage. For me it was fine. Window a little bit difficult to open but room size was OK for Paris downtown. Good location near "Nation" with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenient transportation. Staff always friendly. Although I didn't take breakfast the breakfast room in the basement looked quite inviting.

Staff were friendly enough. But I think this was falsely advertised- the room was so tiny, the bathroom door was broken. The room wasn’t the cleanest. And they gave us one towel. The bed wasn’t that comfy and it smelt weird. The room looked bigger on the photos. The location was good. But disappointed with the room. And also when you leave to explore the city you have to give the staff your key for the room- so we didn’t feel safe leaving anything in our room. And our room was on the 6th floor with no elevator but the stairs are so narrow and it’s so unsafe to carry a suitcase up that far.

The bed was incredibly saggy in the middle, effectively making it like a hammock. I (anybody) couldn't sleep at all, making my stay a complete disaster. I made the night porter aware and he came up, acknowledged the fault and agreed it was unacceptable. He said he couldn't refund me but would have the hotel manager contact me regarding a refund. We checked he had my correct details yet nobody has bothered to contact me. Michael, Glasgow, Scotland.

Accueil très chaleureux, ambiance de l'hôtel très agréable, personnel accueillant et souriant. Chambre parfaitement propre, mais un peu exiguë (surtout la salle de bain) et matelas beaucoup trop mou, à notre gout. Cependant, si l'occasion se présente lors d'un prochain voyage, nous y reviendrons.

Personnel adorable et courtois. J’avais la chambre 41 elle était refaite à neuf, spacieuse et la salle avec baignoire était superbe.dans la chambre il y a avait la climatisation reversible. Pas d'isolation, bouchons doreilles sont le bienvenue pour une nuit paisible !
