Room was not equipped with kettle, iron, or mini bar. The shower cabin was very small, it was not possible to move inside. Nothing was provided in the rooms like bottled water, coffee or tea. Location was ok, walking distance from metro stations, cafes nearby. But for the price they have charged, they have to give better service. It’s not a 3 star hotel.

A very tired property. We struggled to find a sensible priced hotel, only months later being made aware of the popes visit, hence limited options. We stayed 2 nights. It was ok. Room small, walls paper thin and other guests very noisy on stairwells and landings. Reception area very untidy. Bathroom mouldy. Mattress sagged and rolled in middle but sheets were clean. Would not stay again for money

Sorry, keine 2 Sterne.

This was in a terrific location with pubs and cafes nearby. Very close to public transportation and still having that "neighborhood" feel. The airconditioner worked well. The property was clean and the staff was very helpful with reccommendations and securing transport for us. Good stay.

Positive feedback: - Great location (walkable distance to metro and dine in option) - Friendly staff - A/C works Feedback - The shower drain did not work at first. The cleaning staff fixed it the next day. - There was a wood board underneath the sink which was suppose to be for extra storage for toiletry items but kept falling apart - There was complimentary tea/coffee. The tea bags were running out. When I asked for re-fill, they refused.

We booked last minute on our honeymoon. The location was wonderful. There was air conditioning and the staff was amazing. The room was as clean as they could get it but there was visible mold on the walls. The shower door opened the wrong way so it made the hole it get in smaller than normal.
