relatively low price old decoration and dark but clean, especially the toilet no tea, no cup, no kettle, no telephone, no luggage storage service, no hairdrier good heating facility stable wifi close to supermarket and restaurant did not refill the shower gel for me low language proficiency, not even understand "scrambled egg" simple breakfast -- only bread... not even scrambled egg Only drink and bread are provided for breakfast but it costs 6.5€. I told the restaurant and the manager(?) that I want egg in my breakfast. The manger said that I have to order in advanced. When I ordered at that night, the boy said that the restaurant may not make it. I told him that he had to tell the restaurant know. Obviously he did not do anything. What I wanted is scambled egg. This request was so simple... T.T

Bad experience

A gentleman in the reception told us there are no rooms for us because Hotels.com did not send booking notification to them. After I insisted to talk to Hotels.com by the phone directly, the man finally arranged rooms for us and claimed he has cancelled other guest's reservation. If the man was telling true, the Hotels.com system must have problem and my comment about should become positive because he did help to get us rooms. On the contrary, if it is not true, I am wondering how Hotels.com can guarantee the booking under this situation.

Réservation à 95 €. À l’arrivée on m’annonce un problème et que l’on est obligé de me céder une chambre au dessus du restaurant. Chambre vétuste, propreté minimum, prise de courant arrachée, bac douche cassé, chambre très mal insonorisée. Bruits dans couloir et bruits de la rue très présents. Grande vétusté, tarif non justifié. Depuis j’ai découvert à une station de métro des hôtels moins chers et propres et calmes.

J’ai séjourné 2 nuits à l’hôtel. Le bâtiment est vétuste, ainsi que le mobilier. La moquette des chambres est douteuse, le chauffage fait beaucoup de bruit. Pourtant, le personnel d’accueil est sympathique !

Hotel is 2 min away from Bobigny – Pantin – Raymond Queneau metro station and it only takes 15 min to get to central Paris. The room is pretty basic, nothing fancy but clean and quite comfortable. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

Hotel en mal estado, viejo y con olor desagradable

El cuarto olía bastante mal y tuvimos que pedir otra habitación. En el nuevo cuarto había una araña grande, no nos dejaron jabón y sólo una toalla había para dos personas. La taza de baño se movía, la regadera descompuesta y las almohadas con pésimo olor. En otros hoteles te dejan cobijas y en éste nada. La zona es buena, el metro está cruzando la calle. Lo único rescatable es la atención de los dos recepcionistas franceses que hicieron todo lo posible por comunicarse con nosotras.

A entretenir !

à la sortie du métro des individus rôdent ! Nous sommes arrivés à 16 h la chambre n'était pas prête ! pas d'insonorisation, et, en bout de couloir, le pression d'eau, notamment chaude, est faible ! Problème de carte pour l'ouverture de porte ! C'est un hôtel qui a dû être qualitatif dans le passé, mais déclinant ! Dommage car bon potentiel à la base !

Hotel with a great location

Our experience was fine. We also made it on the desk, but we can't speak French and their English is just basic so be prepared for that. On the other way, the girl on the desk was super nice and helped us with everything (even in the restaurant, where she helped us with translating). Location of this hotel is great. Subway is 2 minutes of walk and a lot of food as well. There is a beautiful bakery next to the hotel, where you can get awesome coffee and fresh croissant every morning. There is also a small shop basically with everything. In front of the hotel a beautiful restaurant is placed and prices are okay. You can get there great lunch or breakfast as well if you pay for. This hotel is just a basic, but it was a good experience. The bathroom was a little bit older so we had a problem with a shower and also you need to check toilet paper, cause once the desk is closed, there is nothing to do with that. To sum it: I recommend this hotel and definitely come back.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques désagréments

Alors chaud avec une moquette en mauvais état salle de bain avec une baignoire sans possibilité de prendre de bain. Sinon le personnel est très agréable est toujours à disposition. Par contre la personne qui fait les lits et les chambres et qui laisse les fenêtres ouvertes toute la journée alors qu’il fait zéro dehors quand vous rentrez le soir ce n’est pas très agréable. Hormis ça le séjour est agréable quand même. Avec la restauration à proximité qui est un plus

Agréable week end à Paris

L'accueil ne fut pas simple, au sens où un veilleur de nuit devait nous accueillir, mais pour cela il a fallu le chercher. Ensuite, il parlait peu français, donc communication difficile. Pour le reste, l'hôtel est vraiment très bien, propre, pratique, près de Paris et des transports. Je recommande.
