My stay starts with a bad attitude of the staff who check me in.
Our room is on 5th floor. It's spacious enough for us to open 2 luggage at the same time, while still with place to move.
It's so amazing that the toilet was not cleaned and we have to clean it ourselves before we use. Ridiculous right?
It's a 4 star hotel, however, the maintenance is not that good. I stayed in a 3 star ibis hotel in London before I came to Paris, and I sincerely think the environment of that ibis is much better than this one...
The hotel is not located in Central Paris. But still it's easily accessible - Metro Line 1 is frequent, and shuttle bus is offered between the hotel and Metro La Defense. 30 minutes each. Go to Exit G of La Defense and find Pier 2 (before 10:30pm) / Pier 14 (after 10:30pm).
There is a Carrefour next to the hotel and thus you can get everything very easily from there.

Nice location, nearby the train station la defense. Supermarket is 5 minutes away. Friendly staff at the reception. Bathroom is very small. There is coffee stain on the carpet and sofa in the room.

I wasn’t too happy with this hotel at all. Firstly, I purchased an adapter but it wasn’t working so I asked for a refund. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so I showed them my bank statement and everything but they didn’t refund me because according to them, they couldn’t see any transactions made. Worse part of it is that they even kept the adapter and offered me nothing. Not even a new one. So now I’ve lost money. Also the room was so cold.

We had our flight Venice to Paris cancelled due to Italian strike, called as soon as we got the email to try and manage not losing the whole reservation and they declined every suggestion.
We understand the hotel has its own rules, but this was something we could not know, there were no plane ticket or even train tickets that would allow us arriving the day of our reservation, only day before or days after.
They charged the whole cancellation. These are things costumers appreciate, individualizing cases, knowing when to be flexible and when a cancelation is not an option.
