Stayed in the family room. Clean room with fresh bedding and towels each day. Enough cupboard space for the 3 night stay we did. But would be limited if doing longer. The fridge in the room was very useful. The room overall is looking tired and in need of a spruce up, however bed was clean and comfy and bathroom fully working. Great base for exploring the city.

It has the basics and close to nord and est station. The elevator was so tiny that you and your luggage could barely fit inside at the same time\. When we got to the room, we found hairs from previous guests on the bed sheets, and the floors were not clean either, so we asked the lady to change the bedding. The bathroom also came with silverfish casually wandering around like they had booked the room before us. The bathroom sink was clogged and was not fixed until the second day of my stay. Water also pooled on the floor, and we had to make sure it did not seep into the room. Definitely not the level of cleanliness and comfort we expected.

I think the photos make the place look much better than it actually is. We stayed in the family room, and it was much smaller than it looked. Honestly, it's not really suitable for four people. It was also super hot, and the place doesn't have air conditioning. We were only given two fans, which weren't helpful at all. I would stay somewhere else next time.
