HOTEL A EVITER! 145e la nuit pour une chambre très petite, propreté 0 ! Point de contact dans la chambre noir, porte avec des traces noires partout, des éclaboussures marrons, de la poussière, la chambre n'est pas saine du tout !! Propreté de la salle de bain qui laisse a désirer... Fenêtre avec un claustra juste devant...qui donne enfaite sur le cours avec poubelle... Porte de chambre non insonorisée avec porte d'ascenseur juste devant.... Je vous laisse imaginer le bruit... On sait aussi quand le voisin va au toilette... Télévision ridiculement petite et très sale. Petit déjeuner MÉDIOCRE ! A part l'emplacement le reste c'est zéro...

The location was great and the guy at the reception that checked us in was amazing, very professional and polite. But the lady over night front office staff was extremely rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and was on personal video call with boyfriend or something and was annoyed that we were asking questions, when we asked about convient store to get water in the area she felt bothered and said I don’t know anything here and the area I just work the front desk. Our room had one big towel so when my 12 yr old went to ask for another towel she sent her in the basement alone to get it herself instead of getting off her video call to help the customer. When we asked for her name when checking out at 6am she refused and said she does not need to tell us her name and delayed opening the front door so we could leave and catch our train on time. She made the experience very negative.

Cute but small hotel

A Cozy Corner in Montmartre: Korner Hotel Review My husband and I recently enjoyed a very positive stay at the Korner Hotel in the charming Montmartre district of Paris. For the price, we found it to be a genuinely great value and a comfortable base for exploring the city. The moment you step in, the reception area feels open and modern. One of the hotel’s most thoughtful touches is the generous all-day offering of free tea, coffee, and water, alongside delicious pain au chocolat and croissants. It's a small detail that makes a big difference when popping back in from a long day of sightseeing. The staff here truly shine—they are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were immediately impressed when the gentleman checking us in voluntarily changed our room from the ground floor to the 3rd floor, noting that the higher rooms offered a better experience. Our room, while small (as is typical for central Paris!), was perfectly adequate for the two of us, with plenty of room to move around. It was well-equipped with practical features like chargers on each side of the bed, places to hang clothes, a desk, and a TV. We noted there was no safe or air conditioning, but as we visited in September, neither was an issue for us. The most important thing was the sleep quality: the bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding was wonderfully soft, ensuring we both slept soundly every night.

The staff and the location were great. The rooms look smart and modern but my first room had flies in the bathroom and bedroom so I was moved the next day. My second room had cracked floors and a cracked shower tray. You could hear the drains dripping and flushing all night from the shower plug so I closed the bathroom door. When I opened it each morning the bathroom smelt of sewage. As it was on the ground floor, the walls were thin and the corridor doors were kept open, so I was woken in the morning by other guests moving around/having breakfast. Whilst the staff were lovely and it looks great as you walk in, for these reasons, I wouldn’t stay again.
