The hotel was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as an avid traveller. The hotel was clean (the cleaners need a raise as they did a great job ensuring the hotel and rooms were clean), beautifully decorated, with a great aesthetic. It was walking distance to restaurants, markets, parks and the metro and it had a fabulous spa fully equipped with a sauna, pool and jacuzzi which was luxurious. The only negative was the staff was not friendly or inviting upon arrival or throughout our stay and the shower in our room kept leaking water onto the floor since the shower door couldn't close shut. It was very inconvenient.

A great location in the suburbs for the Olympic Games. I saw many coaches and some athletes , that were staying at the hotel. There were plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Definitely, would book again.

Good but communication could be better

Nice hotel, friendly staff but disappointed that we werent informed of the potential security issues in Paris due to the football which we ( 2 women) walked straight into the middle of. Also was upsetting to be asked to refrain from eating a pasty in the outside garden area & do so on our bedroom.

Would stay again if last resort

Check in staff were super friendly. Bartenders need serious training. They will only make what’s on their menu even if they have everything to make your drink. Pool is cute but very tiny. Neighborhood is a little run down but convenient to walk to the metro.

A luxury experience

Even though we only spoke a little French, it was easy to communicate with the staff. It felt like such a luxury experience. The breakfast alone we still talk about. It was unlike any other hotel we've been to. The pool and the sauna were terrific, too. I hope that if I get to come back to France, we can stay here—10/10 experience.

YAC is new and clean with a great staff and friendly service. The price is a good value. However, it is definitely no frills place very low on in room amenities. Small rooms, no work space and not even a chair to sit to get work done. Only paper cups, they did not provide clean towels and no power outlets in the bathroom area. Having said that, the breakfast was nice but not great and they do have adequate work space in the lobby and breakfast area. the exercise room was small with only one treadmill but it was clean. One morning, my shower did not work and I had to rush down to shower in the exercise room shower. We never did figure out why the shower dis not work and when I got back to the room the shower was on. The hotel is one year old and the staff were tremendously friendly. The location in Clichy is not convenient to many Paris attractions and restaurants but Uber was very easy for me. My airport Uber was about 55 Euros. I would definitely stay again.

The team was very courteous, but the room was very small and tight. There was no space at all in the room. You can't find anywhere to keep your bag. There is no table at all to even use a laptop or drop anything on.

A lot more effort has to be put in to cleaning the rooms while the room is occupied. On my first day the room was superbly clean, however subsequent cleaning while I occupied the room was very lazily and poorly done. The staff are exceptional and helpful.
