"The stay was spot on! Close access to two supermarkets and the Metro which went directly to our train station. The room was very clean and all necessities were provided. They also had an option for breakfast too. The receptionist was nice, smiley and friendly. Only suggestion would be to include a Kettle for tea/coffee facilities."

"Disappointing second stay at this property. We returned to the property after having a positive experience previously. This time we were very disappointed. The room was dirty upon check in. There were cigarette butts and dirt on the carpet. (it is a no smoking property). Fortunately the front desk staff did come and vacuum the carpet. While there is an elevator, it only services the newer portion of the hotel not the older section. Previosly we had stayed in the newer section and did not realize...
