“The hotel was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as an avid traveller. The hotel was clean (the cleaners need a raise as they did a great job ensuring the hotel and rooms were clean), beautifully decorated, with a great aesthetic. It was walking distance to restaurants, markets, parks and the metro and it had a fabulous spa fully equipped with a sauna, pool and jacuzzi which was luxurious. The only negative was the staff was not friendly or inviting upon arrival or throughout our stay and……

“The room was clean and the attached restaurant was perfect for a cocktail before heading out. The location is wonderful for getting all around Paris while avoiding a bit of the chaos and bustle. Staff at the hotel were warm and friendly. ”

“Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. ”
