Our house is 5 mn walk from the town center and the banks of the Marne quiet assured.House 55 m2 4 people, 2 sleeping, kitchen open on Sat and living room TV TNT, 2 eme with sleeping, floor room office, wc. Veranda / wc, garden terrace relaxing atmosphere. Near Paris, Bois de Vincennes, Euro Disney, Airports Orly. CDG, RER A and RER E 10mn on foot .Bus 114 + wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine. Cinemas, swimming pools, restaurants, shops, markets

Lovely and peaceful

My teenage son and I stayed here during our trip to Paris. We loved the area and how quiet it was at night, which made it so much easier to deal with jet lag. The walks along the river were beautiful. Easy access to the RER, we went to Paris 3 days and Disney 1 day. I really appreciated the full sized fridge, plenty of dishes/silverware/cookware, and the little washing machine. There was also a grocery store in walking distance with a good selection. Hosts were so friendly and really helpful!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Schöne kleine Wohnung etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn, schöner Fußweg entlang der Marne. In weiteren ca. 20 Minuten ist man dann mit der Bahn im Zentrum. Netter Kontakt mit Christelle und Thierry. Fragen wurden immer umgehend zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Paris sind, würden wir diese Wohnung erneut buchen

A beautiful authentic stay

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and beauty of our cute apartment. Although it was an adventure to navigate to get to the center of Paris, we were lucky that we got to stay in a safe, family oriented neighborhood that offered a lot of amenities nearby within a short, walking distance, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, and some great little stores. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would suggest this location to anyone who wants to be able to get away from the tourist scene. . Thank you for a wonderful day.

Exploring Paris and day trip to Disneyland

We had a fabulous stay, the accommodation was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect for jumping on the metro - just a 20 minute stroll along the beautiful river bank to the station. Our hosts were superb, we'd definitely book again - thank you so much.

lovely oasis in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed for 3 nights to visit Paris, about 30-40 min by walking /commuter train. The host was very friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early. We were very comfortable as a family of 3 in this place. A larger indoor dining table would be nice, but the one provided was just enough. The neighnorhood was quiet and we enjoyed running and walking alongside the Marne.

Parfait en Paris

This property is the perfect Parisian getaway! The hosts were amazing - ensuring we got in okay the night we arrived and also checking in with us during our stay. It’s as pictured - beautifully furnished and perfect for our family of four. Close to buses and the RER. We got to central Paris and Disneyland no problem. Highly recommend!!

Nice and gently stay in a very proper and calm quarter

Perfect stay within a nice and tiny house. 20 minutes to metro station by foot, 20 minutes to city center of Paris. Our hosts were very kind and gently and did their best to make our stay as convenient as possible. We will surely come back!

Die vorherigen Rezensionen sagen eigentlich schon alles: Ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Häuslein, ruhig, über dem Marnetal. Perreux ist ein schönes Städtchen außerhalb Paris. Die Vermieter (Christelle) sind fantastisch, wenn wir nochmal nach Paris kommen, werden wir sicher hier wieder wohnen.

Very quiet stay near town and the river...

We had a very tranquil sejour that allowed us quiet time before returning to the States, nearby shops for fresh food for meals, nice restaurants and cafes, pleasant walks along the Marne, and a few trips into Paris via the RER (though that might be a long walk for some). Our hosts were very welcoming while discrete, and we would definitely consider them again when we return to France. Merci, Christelle et Thierry!

Idylle nahe Paris

Our stop for 4 nights in Paris

Fantastic. Lovely communication from hosts (we had some car trouble and they helped us out fantastically). A great place for travelling into central paris from the local metro, but also offers a lovely quiet place to stay away from the centre. Great for travelling to disney too! Thanks to these lovely hosts for a great visit!

Es waren tolle fünf Tage. Wir haben in und um Paris viel unternommen und konnten morgens und abends im kleinen Bambusgarten entspannen. Die Haltestelle der Zuglinie A ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Ruhig gelegenes Häuschen nahe Paris

Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Häuschen mit geräumigem renoviertem Badezimmer und einem schönen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sowie einer kuscheligen Schlafcouch, einem Wohnbereich und einer Küche im Erdgeschoss. Der Gartenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sitzecke ist ebenfalls sehr einladend (Repellentien nicht vergessen, da Schnaken im Juni ziemlich aktiv abends). Sehr angenehm war die Tatsache, dass wir das Auto in einer Tiefgarage abstellen konnten, und dass wir mit der RER (Fußweg ca. 1 km vom Häuschen) in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Paris waren. Die Vermieter Christine und Thierry waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - es war alles perfekt.

Tolles Appartment, sehr nette Gastgeber

Toll eingerichtetes Appartment im Vorort von Paris. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz in der Tiefgarage eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Nähe, wo man sein Fahrzeug sicher abstellen kann. Bis zur RER-Station ist es ca. 1,5 km Fußweg. Von dort ist man innerhalb von ca. 25 min in der Innenstadt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben sogar am Ausreisetag unsrer Gepäck in der Wohnung und das Auto in der Garage bis zum Abend lassen dürfen, um Paris nochmals zu genießen. Zusammenfassend sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartment und würden gerne wieder kommen.
