Manuel was terrific. The place was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, including things for a small child (books, toys, highchair), all neatly organized. I would gladly stay there again if I am working at UParis 8 or in the area. VERY convenient to the metro line (13). Great host.

Not a good location

This property is not in a safe location. We had an incident happen in where police were involved, and they all agreed that unfortunately St Denis is not the safest, and no one should be renting from this area. Also- the owner charged me an extra fee when I told him I was using both rooms (that is advertised in the whole cost) even though no where in the listing said that fee was going to happen. He assumed I would use one room. Overall, terrible experience, and owner was also not great.

Juste parfait!

Hôtes exceptionnels et disponibles. Tout est exactement comme annoncé. Nous avons été choyés. Endroit propre, calme à proximité du métro. Tout ce dont nius avions besoin nous a été fourni. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation et cette maison est devenu notre maison pendant ce séjour de 10 nuitées.

Spacious and Comfortable

Manuel was an excellent host! It generally took us about 40 minutes to get to the center of Paris for sightseeing, but the walk to the metro is short, safe, and easy, and the Metro is very easy to use. Being able to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen, laundry, and outdoor area, makes the short commute into the city more than worth it. I would certainly stay again if I needed more than 1bed.

Respite in Paris

The home was a nice little place away from downtown. Perfect to relax and jump back into the city. The courtyard is excellent to relax in the evening. The cooking smells from the neighborhood made your mouth water. The owner stopped by to water the plants and he was very fun and welcoming. Great stay.

Perfect 2bd 2bath

This was a great property to stay in. The location is on a nice quiet street that is only a 3-5minute walk to the metro station. There is a multitude of ethic food options and lovely local boulangeries. The location has 2 full bathrooms inside of the bedrooms which is perfect for two adults. And best of all the host is super responsive and had great clear communication.

Schöne saubere Wohnung. Mitten im Arbeiterviertel und bei Studenten. Tolle Erfahrung. Schlicht und gut. Vermieter super nett. Immer im Kontakt. Hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen offen. Auch in der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Alles vorhanden für ein paar Tage in Paris.obwohl ein wenig außerhalb ist man doch zentral.mann sollte einfach offen sein dann fehlt es einem an nichts.

We would come here again

We had a great stay in this apartment. Only a few minutes to the metro stop (M13) St. Denis University, from where you can easily get to the center of Paris and therefore do not have to rely on the car (also because of the Low Emission Zone). The apartment was big enough for us (two adults and one teenager), it was very clean and had everything we needed. The host and his wife were very kindly and helpful. Our car (SUV) didn't fit in the space, but we were able to park a few blocks away. All in all we would book the apartment here again.

Great location

The rental was less than a 10 minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get to all of Paris's beautiful sights. Lodging had everything we needed and more. Manuel was very helpful and always available to answer last minute questions. I would definitely book this location again. Thank you Manuel!

Très bon séjour

Excellent échange avec le propriétaire et maison très propre. Place de parking à disposition dans la cour mais pas compatible grande berline par contre places de parking gratuites dans la rue. Métro à 5-7 min à pieds ligne 13, 25 min du centre de Paris. Logement spacieux, 2 salles de bains, bien chauffé, équipé de tout le nécessaire, four, micro onde, plaque de cuisson, cafetière, lave-linge..... Très bon accueil avec gâteau, bouteille de vin 👍

Kleine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung

Wohnung sauber und gut. Stellplatz an der Wohnung vorhanden, allerdings nicht für große Autos geeignet. Kurzer Weg zur nächsten Metrostation. Die Vermieter waren höflich und zuvorkommend. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Excellent place and the owner

We had stayed for 3 nights . The kids and wife really enjoyed. Very clean and comfy. Close from Saint Denis university metro station which connects to Paris attractions ,very handy. The highlight is the owner Mr.Manuel , very helpful, gave us lot of good ideas for the Paris tour. Paris Visite Pass is a good one. Thanks a lot Manuel .
