Another Great Stay

This is my 2nd time staying here. Great location, close to a convenient (line 1) metro, lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby. It's a quiet & secure building. I will stay here again!

3 week stay

The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It’s compact but has just about everything you need. I knew I wanted to be in the Marais so this was perfect. Off a main drag but close to Metro stops & lots of bus options. It was very comfortable. I would have liked an English language TV station & a couple of additional kitchen items (e.g. pot holders, a skillet & a pan with a lid) but these are not deal breakers. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable & in a great location. I would stay there again.

Convenient apartment

The apartment is small in a secure block. Very close to good transport and an easy walk to the city centre. Busy part of Paris with many restaurants in close proximity. While small - suitable for no more than a couple, it is well appointed. Engagement with the landlord was easy and the communication was clear and immediate.

Apartment at 4emme arrondissement Paris

The appartment is clean and exactly as described in the site. Just little imperfections in the dors, and mirror, the ligths didnt work propertly and electric sources the same. In general the appartment is very very well placed, but the building seems old and not so nice. Neighbors complained just for the sound of my feets, so this dissapoint me a little bit because i was affraid event to hear music or talk in my phone.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Marais district

This is a perfect studio apartment for a couple. Exactly as pictured, it is bright and cheerful. Very functional, with a very comfortable sofa bed and lots of storage space. And it is a perfect location, with many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. only steps away and the Seine a 10 minute walk. I would stay there again!

Bad Bed and sofa

The bed and sofa are not fit they sag very much resulting in sore back. The bathtub is dangerous the bottom is not flat therfore suseptible to slipping, sides are very high making it difficult to get in. Kitchen is very poorly equiped.

Excellent position

This apartment was in a very good position, but that is all. We had no hot water for almost 2 days, broken kettle for 2 days, no TV until day 11. Dirty mugs, toilet and mirror in bathroom. Shelves in wardrobe a lot of dirt on them, chair was rickety and a screw came off. Overall this place needed a thorough clean and a few things fixed. If you are elderly, or have a hip or leg problem I recommend not using this place as the shower was in the bath and very high to step out of. Also had to correspond to UK Partners, and they kept wanting pictures of everything I told them about, but if you are not tech savvy it is extremely hard as nothing can be attached to the correspondence page.

Rude & intrusive neighbor

A neighbor intruded before we even checked in to say that he preferred absolute quiet. Then, intruded at our door to say he "heard" us & said he could smell alcohol, whuch was torally false. Next, the lock on the bathroom door lodged shut & trapped one of the guests inside, until after 2 hours a technician came to fix it & had to kick the door in to open it. Next, the coffee maker did not work. Next, on the rental agreement it said the deposit would be returned upon check out, instead of 8-10 days. We have a positive attitude , made things do, however, these things did cause disruption to the stay.
