Impressive lobby & lounge. Room window looked out on other rooms & not the road which I was grateful for. I went for a ‘big birthday’ & was disappointed that the sink pop-up plug wasn’t working so water not draining plus for two people there was one robe & pair of slippers. The water fountain was also out of order on my floor for the morning I needed it & there are disposable cups for coffee/water, rather than reusable. The booking wasn’t cheap so I found it a bit disappointing but other pros are that the room was clean & the location good for my station home. I’d book again but at a time where I can get a better price deal to outweigh the cons.

Wonderful hotel, with beautiful staff. We were met by Mr Brahim the front office Manager, who was extremely accommodating and always checked on us to make sure our stay was comfortable, making neighbourhood suggestions and genuinely pleasant. Alexander also at the reception, was very pleasant, professional and always eager to help with whatsoever. The hotel itself is very well appointed, rooms were clean and spacious (by European standards). Breakfast and breakfast staff was all very good. I highly recommend this hotel, would most definitely not think twice on my next visit to Paris. Thank you M Social.

We were really impressed with the hotel. They upgraded our room. The bar stuff was fantastic- friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and great variety including lovely cheeses and smoked salmon. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The heater in the room might require some cleaning! My allergy got worse when I was indoor; and my symptoms got relieved when I left hotel. Winter is a little bit tough in Paris when rainy days. And I mentioned about Expedia gold status, no wine was honored and no room upgrade available

M Social Hotel Paris is a pleasant hotel with an excellent location. The staff are friendly and the service is very good overall, which made the stay comfortable and easy. The bathrooms could use a bit of improvement — the showers feel somewhat dated and you can see signs of wear. I also couldn’t quite figure out how the air conditioning worked, so I ended up sleeping with the window open, which was fine for me, but might not be ideal for everyone. The fridge was empty, and there was an empty water bottle on the table as well — not sure why they’d leave it there without filling it. A small French mystery.

I’ve had a nice experience in my previous stay at this hotel. It is located in a very convenient area. The hotel used to be in good standard before, but it looks like it is not well maintained anymore. The problem is mostly the management team, thats what I see. Looks like they do not control if the hotel staff is doing their duty correctly. For instance, the breakfast is open buffet style. In my first breakfast a plastic stretch piece was in the chicken sausage serving pan. There were also onions with the sausage and the plastic stretch was cooked with the whole food. It was like 3-4 inches long. I acknowledge the staff. The same night, I needed a thin blanket, by the way the hotel is too warm even with the air conditioner fully closed. After 40 minutes and 4 phone call, the gentlemen in the front desk had to brought the blanket. Its not his mistake, he just couldn’t find anybody to do it. This not a boutique hotel… There should be staff to take care of this stuff. Also the general maintenance of the hotel decreased over the years. I mean physically, the peeled paint on the doors, scratches, the main bathroom light was broken when I first get into my room, the bathroom mirror light is flickering all the time. And so on! Plus I reserved the signature room with king size bed, yes the bed was king size but they put two small bed together. Its not a true king size bed, the middle of the bed is not comfortable as you can imagine.Was not a comfortable stay this time.
