Great Location!

We enjoy our stay so much! The apartment was cozy and perfect for the 2 of us, it was just a few minutes walking everywhere, plenty of stores and restaurants around and communication with host was impecable. Thank you for a great stay! 100% recommended

Stay AWAY...!!

Photos are very deceiving. Bed uncomfortable. Details for everything were seriously lacking. 4 of 6 bulbs to bathroom fixture and living room candelabras were dead. But most importantly, owner/manager was MIA and has quite a pompous attitude. Threats to throw us out and the physical threat of him telling me, 'I should consider myself lucky' he wasn't there in person was extremely unprofessional and.... probably, lucky for him ! Stay AWAY.... !!

Paris in October

Location was great for access to Metro. Definitely a walkable area with lots of bistros and shopping opportunities. Easy access to markets as well.

Fantastic location and excellent check in instructions

My clients said that some of the facilities were a little worn, eg towels and decor but overall they enjoyed their stay. Location was outstanding. Not my opinion but the opinion of my clients.

An enjoyable stay in an attractive area of Paris

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Access was easy and Bruno was always available by email or cell phone. We enjoyed staying in the 16th Arrondisement which is a residential area with a food market, supermarkets and of course a patisserie. This meant it was a relaxed and friendly area without crowds of tourists. (I was the only one with a camera.) It is a brief walk to la Muette Metro from which all areas of Paris are easily accessed. The Eiffel Tour is just across the Seine and visible from the 16th. The apartment is simply furnished with a comfortable three-seater lounge in the good size main room, as well as other chairs and a small dining table. The bedroom and kitchen are small but OK. The description of amenities may be confusing as there is not a stove but a two burner cook top and a shower not a spa whirl pool. (Probably a Google translate error) There is good heating for winter but we were there in hot July and so I suggest adding an electric fan for summer.

Great stay in Passy!

The apartment was comfortable and cozy. So close to Metro and the neighborhood was wonderful with a patisserie nearby. Bruno was so responsive as our host. We really appreciated him.

A real gem

The property was exactly as described by host Bruno. Very well presented and secure. Great WiFi. Bruno was out of town for our visit but made sure everything was running smoothly via message. Apartement is in a lovely area close to Metro line 9, a great boulangerie, restaurants and supermarket are within minutes by foot. 25 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommend this property, and would stay again on our return to Paris.

Passy stay

We stayed 2 weeks at the property. Location is very good. The apartment is partially renovated. The bedroom is the only area that is disappointing. However all other areas are functional and comfortable. Bathroom is super small but it has everything you need.

Honeymoon in Paris

Was a wonderful stay! The apartment is perfectly located near the metro and RER stations for easy transportation, and is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. It served as a great home base for my husband and I for our honeymoon. Thanks!

Quiet apartment close to the metro

As an older couple taking our first trip to Paris, this compact apartment worked out very well for our four night stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes walk to the metro. Groceries and laundry services nearby.

Great location, 15 min walk to best view Eiffel Tower.

Very typical Paris flat. Very compact. Great for a couple. Very safe neighborhood and if you have a lot of luggage there’s a bonus, it’s on the ground floor! Fantastic shower and efficient kitchen area. We are a couple in our late 70’s and appreciated the host’s personal attention to resolve a minor concern we had. Over all we can recommend this apartment.

Great apartment in Paris

We traveled to Paris for a 3 day visit. This apartment was perfect for two people! Nice neighborhood, secure setting, lots of shops and restaurants, and easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The owner was very personable and easy to reach when we had any questions.
