A Stay Suitable for our First Paris Experience

The property was clean, neat and well presented. Location for us was super, made even more handy that there was a large Monoprix supermarket a few doors away. Limited facilities and resources, such as the provision of only 2 x toilet rolls for a 4 night stay, blunt kitchen knives and no washing up equipment . Great there was a washing machine, clean sheets and towels. Excellent to be greeted and shown the property by the hosts employee. Thankyou

could do with a few more cooking utensils and the second bedroom isn't quite a bedroom. but other than that. we had a great stay. As I said, the location was pretty fantastic. I'd book again. :-) thanks

Good location

The apartment is located in a busy area, near a lot of restaurants and shops. Even from the 7th floor, it was a bit nosy with the windows open. The stairs are narrow and the elevator is tiny. The open market on Saturday and Sunday was a nice surprise.

Great location, clean, a few shortcomings

Nice location right next to Montparnasse station. Walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants of all types. Found ourselves eating locally often. The shade in the bedroom didn’t open (and the single light was night bright enough), also making the room quite warm at night. The shade in the bathroom was off-track, making it slap into the window when windy. The shower stand was also missing, so it was a hand-shower only. A few light bulbs were not working. It was clean and spacious for our family. The elevator was quite small but fast. I felt safe in the building and neighborhood.

Fantastic location

Decent flat in a great neighborhood, close to 2 Metro stops, loads of cafes and restaurants and a large store with food, clothes and housewares (thinks Target with wonderful groceries). It does get bright early during the Summer and the drapes don't block any light. Also, it was warm and the fan in the flat was broken, something that took 4 days to address. Adding some basics (clothesline, hook for the shower head) would make a big difference. Also, it wasn't ready on time (cleaning crew was there until about 3:45). In summary, this flat would be great for a couple and even a child or 2, but the Summer was too hot without AC and it is a loud,.vibrant neighborhood so would advice against babies.

スタッフのサポートは良かったです。 ただ、トイレットペーパーの予備が十分ではなく、規約（Air bnb の規約）により利用者が補充することは、チェックイン後にそれがわかり、自分で補充しましたが、予め提示すべきでしょう。 また、ランドリーは取扱説明書もなく、満足な利用はできなかったです。 あと、バスルームは、トイレ便器とバスタブの間に排水口がなく、バスタブの範囲から外に出た水を排水することができず、水浸しのままでした。 このあたりが、マイナスのポイントになりました。

La localisation est parfaite. À proximité du métro et de la gare de train Montparnasse, il est vraiment facile de se déplacer et de se situer. Quartier vivant et agréable avec plusieurs restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Peut être bruyant selon les périodes de l’année.
