Very kind and helpful staff. They made sure we lacked nothing. They recommended places to eat, always with excellent results. Costanza and Mohamed in particular were perfect. The environment is clean and well organized; the room is small but very comfortable. The hotel is 1 minute from the Champs-Élysées and away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended for a stay of 2 or 3 nights in Paris.

I came with my daughters and asked for a treat with happy birthday in the room as it was their birthday. Unfortunately this was not met. we also asked for an extra umbrella as it was raining and was told we could only have the one. Overall a good stay but fell short on the finer details.

Very nice staff, super comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Very clean and well maintained, decor is neutral/on trend. But probably the worst wifi i have experienced in a European hotel. To their credit, they did find a way to fix this for a Mac user, but it took some requests and a phonecall to their IT. I do credit them for fixing it though, and their approach to making me happy was commendable - afterwhich it worked fine. Conveniently placed for everything I needed in the day, the area was perhaps a little too noisy outside in the evening (if you have a room overlooking the street). I would certainly stay here again, but will consider other options too. In all, very good value and I enjoyed it.

The hotel was nice and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They upgraded our room by surprise! It was our honeymoon and the hotel asked us beforehand if we were celebrating...they left a plate of chocolates and a note and banner in our room to help us celebrate...very thoughtful! We had a great stay!
