Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming 3-person flat, ideally located on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure building in the heart of Odéon and the chic Saint-Germain-des-Près district. The flat is just a short walk from Odéon metro station.

In this practical space you will find a double bed and a single sofa bed, a study area, a dressing room and a TV, all in the same room. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a dining table and storage cupboards.

The bathroom has a washbasin and mirror, shower and WC.

You will have access to the entire flat, which is already equipped with sheets, household linen, towels, soap, shampoo and an internet connection for your convenience.

Ideal for discovering Paris, this studio apartment is close to public transport, shops and restaurants, providing the perfect location for your stay. The district is rich in attractions, including the Saint-Sulpice Church and the Saint-Sulpice Fountain, as well as numerous shops and restaurants.

Excellent location near trains and restaurants . Great places to wander on foot and eat, shop, have a glass of wine or coffee and pastry. The bed is comfortable and the shower has great water pressure and temperature . Plenty of towels were provided . We didn’t use the kitchen but it looks well equipped. Would definitely stay there again..

Amazing location, good unit, but I would never return. Upon booking, I got an email from host to make payment on their website not Expedia nor VRBO. It was odd but I did. Having to go through another payment process after booking wasn’t ideal. Before check in, I was requested to communicate through 3rd party messaging app not through the booking app’s message. To be fair, if you’re already a member of the messaging app, probably not a big deal there either. Check in was great. Check in communication was prompt and smooth. After the check in, they were almost completely unresponsive. First day after check in, there was small issue which was not a big deal for us (although may well be a big issue to many) but was never provided a solution nor even suggestion. Also, the host was completely unresponsive for one full day before our check out. The unit was set up and kept nice but it was strangely very very hot. Checked all heaters and nothing was on. AC is a rollaway unit but the duct was detached and useless. Sofa bed pillows smelled pretty bad. This is one of those places where it has potential with more attention to details.

Okay apartment - but not in summer!

It's in a GREAT location but this basic apartment needs updating. Overall, for the price, I'd recommend staying elsewhere. Definitely do not stay here during the hot months - there is a bar directly across from the apartment so it's loud at night, so you can't keep the window open - and it gets SO HOT. The inside thermostat was at 31 degrees while we stayed there, it was brutal. A portable AC unit was provided but it wasn't connected properly so ended up giving off more heat that cool air - we tried to fix it but the wall would get so hot that we didn't feel safe using it. My poor child was so hot at night that he slept on the bare tile floor with a frozen bottle of water - how sad is that?? I can't believe the price we paid to stay here ... to sleep on the floor!The bedding wasn't cleaned well before we arrived - we found numerous hairs on the sheets (gross) and they didn't smell freshly laundered. The basic necessities were there but for example, the hand soap bottle was almost empty!There were exposed electrical wires in the bathroom, a suspicious hole in the shower roof (not for exhaust) and the power bar in the main space looked to be decades old. The curtains were stained. Might be a good idea to give this place a good clean from time to time. What else? Oh, the washing machine didn't work! The door would not open so I contacted the property management company and they said a guest before us broke it. My guess is that it won't be repaired any time soon.

Excellent Apartment

We had a great stay in this little apartment. I highly recommend it. Right next to Saint-Sulpice Church in the St. Germaine district. Wonderful shower. Close to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t do a lot of Metro but it’s right there. It is not a hotel, but a private apartment. It suited my daughter and I just perfectly.
