Horrible experiencia.

Upon my arrival the accommodation was very dirty. The bed was covered with used sheets and traces of bodily fluids. Towels were scattered around the room. The dining table was covered with the remains of eating, as well as the kitchen. The smell in the apartment was very unpleasant. After this deplorable aspect, I requested reservation cancellation and refund of payments made for breach of contract. The accommodation manager only regrets the situation and deducts 50% of the cleaning fee for a room that I have not used. I reported the facts to the Police Station to take the pertinent legal actions. Subsequently, I had to find an alternative accommodation in a hotel. The lack of understanding received from the accommodation managers has been very unpleasant.
