Owner was there and was very nice. You get what you pay for. They are upgrading everything as it is dated. My room had new floor installed. The bath fan was loud and dirty and the ac unit was loud and not working ideally. 80s built and never updated but still good enough for the price.

This was the worst place I’ve ever slept at and I’ve been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. The room / bathroom were nasty, half of the stuff were broken, lightbulbs were missing and there were little bugs everywhere. I ended up taking all the blankets off the bad and used a sleeping bag. I ended up checking out early and riding my motorcycle through a severe storm.

It was definitely run down and in disrepair, only one towell and wash clothe, dirty bathroom, toilet and tub nasty, water ran in room under the door when it rained

There were no bath towels
The stairs were unevenly spaced so i almost tripped several times
