Welcome to our magnificent 31m2 flat for 4 people, ideally located in the heart of the Marais district, close to Place des Vosges. An exceptional travel experience in the heart of the historic and sought-after Marais district. The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to move very easily and quickly throughout the capital thanks to the numerous public transportation options : - Metro: Saint Sébastien Froissart (line 8) 4 minutes' walk away - Metro: Richard Lenoir (line 5), 6 minutes' walk away - Vélib station - Bus station - Several taxi companies available: Taxis G7 (the most used) - call 36 07. BUS (day and night)

不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We arrived at what we thought was the address for the room. Only to find out that the address was for the key box for the place at a different address. Showed up 45 minutes after check in and the keys were not there. After an email with no response, a young lady shows up, gives us the key. I try to open the door and she informs us that this was not our room, but that we had to walk with our luggage about three streets and five minutes from there and then proceeds to walk. Walked there, hard to find.Turns out our room is on the fourth with no elevator. One of the couches is dirty and the other is broken. The stairs that lead up to the bedroom are filthy and a death trap. No railing and very steep with no light. We get to the bed and the ceiling above the head of the bed is just over six feet tall, but it slants down to under four feet, so whoever sleeps on that side of the bed has to bend down to get into it. Only one light upstairs total and two outlets. Almost fell down the stairs. Couldn’t find an actual house manual and the link to the virtual one didn’t work. It took them hours to get back to me.They never got back to me on how to use the tv or other appliances. They rarely got back to me at all and it was usually a different person every time. The bathroom may have been the worst part. It was a closet. You have to step up 18 inches to get into the two foot by three foot shower with a broken shower head, I had to use a clip to hold the shower head that trickled.

不滿：整潔度
Accommodatie viel tegen, leek op een studentenkamer. Heel fel licht aan plafond. Meubels zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Er hangt een sierklok zonder wijzers, boven het bed hangt een lijst met het woord Life. Volgens mij zijn de andere woorden eraf gevallen. De douchekop kon je niet verstellen, viel er half af en water belandde naast de douche. Geen ventilatie in de badkamer. Bed lag wel lekker, appartement was wel goed schoongemaakt door de tussenpartij. Locatie was perfect! Was lekker stil ook snachts. Tip aan de eigenaar: maak het sfeervoller met wat knappe meubels of accessoires. Je merkt echt dat er niemand woont, typisch huurappartement.
