The service is excellent. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is great, very close to RER station. Room is big, clean and tidy, enough for 2ppl. We have extended 2days in this hotel :)

ecnomic , comfotable but a litte bit far

I was the first time in Paris ,and took really a long time to find the hotel. hier is some hints :you can take the RERB at the TGV airport , and you can change the RERC at the station "Saint-Michel Norte Dame". Please get off the the station "Grésillons" , choose exit 2, cross the road, pass the bus station than direct turn right, at the end of the street, turn right, walk along with the curve, than you can find the hotel. the people there are very nice, and the deparment hat the small kictchen itself, you can buy the the needed things in the surpermarket nearby the hotel and cook them by your self. in one word, I think this would be a better choice for you during your travlling, especially for a family !

We stayed for just 2 nights. The hotel is clean and in a good location, close to a nice pastry shop. Parking is on the side street. The reason we give ** is that the front desk never follows up on our complaint. The heater for temperature control and the towel dry rack are not working, and the hair dryer (which is very important for us, three ladies) stops working every minute (maybe a timer?). When we checked out, no one was at the front desk, so we just left and left a message through the lady with limited English who works in the breakfast room to inform the front desk.

À 3 minutes de marche d’une station du RER/autobus, d’une épicerie, d’une charmante boulangerie. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Lits confortables. Cuisine peu équipée, mais correcte. Pomme de douche brisée. Comme dans la plupart des hotels, il est impossible de prendre 5 douches d’affilée en raison du très petit réservoir d’eau chaude. Ce n’est pas spécifique de cet hôtel. Service courtois, enregistrement facile.

Good property to stay outside Paris city, you can reach Paris in 20 min. The staff here is excellent, neat and clean rooms. Only area of concern is size of the room , we have mentioned we have a toddler with us but the size of studio room was quite packed , otherwise recommend place to stay.

Un cauchemar

Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans les hôtels dans toute la France, mais celui-là c’est la première fois qu’on est autant déçu. Par où commencer tellement ça été un cauchemar cette hôtel. Il fallait commencer par aller retirer du liquide , soit disant que le terminal ne fonctionnait pas. En suite un couple entre dans notre chambre car ils avaient donné notre chambre à d’autres personnes, alors que ça fesait 2 jours qu’ont étaient installés. Changement de personnel tout les jours et d’une personne à l’autre ne nous disent pas la même chose pour faire appel à un taxi. 2 matelas dans le lit dont un beaucoup plus petit que l’autre, ce qui fait que quand on bouge on se retrouve dans le trou. Placard cassé, salle de bain trop vieille, une rénovation à refaire de tout urgence. Ascenseur dégueulasse avec des canettes de bières, et j’en passe… Je vous déconseille vivement cette hôtel c’est un cauchemar À bonne entendeur……….

We asked for an iron and it was not working. We asked for a different one and we were told they don’t have another one. It is a lot of noise and screams on the hallways until late hours of the night (past midnight) and nobody does anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
