No air condition, although hotel provides the air cooling fan, but is useless for cooling down, please do not try to open the window, you will get more than 10 mosquitos in your room.

perfect spot for weeks stay in Paris !
Perfect location, few steps to tram T2 station and 6 minutes walk to RER "Issy - Val de Seine" station, pharmacy and intermarche just 'round the corner... lovely parks nearby and the total impression of the surrounding is comforting to stay with beautiful plants, clean area and good security! 5 stars recommended!

Comfortable stay and neighborhood
The hotel room is well equipped for the self-caterer. The room is clean and comfortable. I did not experience the problems mentioned earlier by other customers (lack of air-conditioning and many mosquitos). Going in to city center takes about 45 minutes with public transportation. Overall it was a very nice stay.

酒店位于巴黎的西南角，应该算是另一个城市了，但是治安很好。地铁和火车都比较方便，其中T2线的站台离酒店5分钟路程。去往埃菲尔铁塔4公里多，还算比较方便。酒店周边属于白领较多的区域，塞纳河从旁边经过，河边有公园适合晨跑散步，马路对面有超市，很方便。唯一觉得不好的是酒店不是每天提供清扫服务，垃圾需要和前台讲才会有倒，如果自己做饭还是需要自己收拾的。

Nice quiet neighborhood. Next to the tram station and a super market. Functional small kitchen, gym and large room. Nice stay.

很棒的公寓酒店
很不错的公寓酒店。15分钟步行有3－4个不同线路的地铁站，最近一个只用3分钟。对门就是一个中等规模超市一应俱全，早餐在小厨房轻松搞定。所在区域为新区干净、安全，以后来巴黎还会选择这里！

It was not explained that breakfast was included ? so we only ate there once so that was a waste. When checking I tried to get a room change smaller as my daughter's had extended there stay and we did not need a bigger room, not sure the desk clerk understood kept the room anyway. The place it self is good, quiet area close to T2,

Apart from the rude lady in the breakfast room who acted like I killed her puppy when I asked for a coffee to go, it was a wonderful stay. I traveled with my husband and two kids. The kids had their own room. While we didn’t cook, we could have. You’ll smell other peoples cooking in the halls, but it’s kinda cool. Like you are in an apartment building. The grocery across the street has everything you could need. We took the train everywhere-2 min walk. This is our second visit to this hotel, and we will always return.

We stayed at Residhome for 13 nights in an executive one bedroom. It was spacious and clean. The staff were great. Our room was cleaned daily and snacks were replenished. At check in Ines went out of her way to ensure we got the room we wanted and was extremely kind throughout our stay. There is a market to get food to cook across the sidewalk. There are many restaurants in the area. It is s 10-15 euro taxi/uber to the Eiffel Tower or you can walk/run along the Siene. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend staying here if you’d like a place that feels like home in a safe quiet area. The staff were absolutely wonderful.

nice place except one problem
Overall, it's a good experience. There were few minor problems. Hotel staff solved them all immediately. Location is nice and quite. There was only one major problem. When you use shower, vapor spreads to other rooms because there is not enough ventilation in the bathroom. This makes the air quite damp. You will need to open windows for at least 30 minutes to make it all go away.
